Henkel launches worldwide Employee Share Program

Participation in corporate economic success and personal security for the future

With a worldwide Employee Share Program, ESP, Henkel is offering its employees an opportunity to participate directly in the economic success of their company.

The shares are offered at preferential conditions: For each euro that an employee invests in Henkel preferred shares, Henkel will add 50 cents. Employees who participate in this program can invest part of their annual salary. This may total up to four percent but not exceed 4,000 euro per year.

This entirely reflects this year's motto ”focus:future.“ By making this offer, Henkel wants to encourage as many as employees as possible to identify even more closely with the Company; while intending it to be seen as an instrument for securing the future and providing a personal source of extra income in later life.
