Arriving by tram and bus:
Take the tram lines 703, 709, 731 or 746 to “Staufenplatz” or “Burgmüllerstrasse” and from there take shuttle bus 894 to the race course.

Arriving by car (look for the “Rennbahn” [= Race Course] signs):

Taking the A3 from Köln (Cologne)- Oberhausen
Leave the highway at junction 18 following the signs to Düsseldorf/Mettmann. Take the B7 toward Düsseldorf, following Bergische Landstrasse for about 8 km. Just after Gerresheim Landeskrankenhaus hospital at the traffic lights you will see the sign "Rennbahn, Wildpark". Follow this, turning right into Rennbahnstrasse. You will see two turnings into "Wildpark". After these, the next turning shows "Golf-Akademie Düsseldorfer Reiter- und Rennverein Top Galopp, Wettenleip". Follow the "Geschäftsstelle" sign which will take you to the administration office, a squat white building on the left hand side.

Taking the A46 Wuppertal / Aachen
At the Düsseldorf Eller interchange, turn right into Deutzer Strasse which then becomes Heidelberger Strasse. It then blends into Bernburger Strasse, then Klein Eller. Stay right and follow the signs to Flingern / Lierenfeld. You will find yourself on Reisholzer Strasse which then becomes Erkrather Strasse. Turn right onto the B 8 which is locally known as Kettwiger Strasse. This becomes Dorotheenstrasse. At the large crossroads, turn right into Grafenberger Allee. Follow the Rennbahn-Grafenberg signs. Taking the A52 from Mönchengladbach
Stay left on the highway, follow the signs to Niederkassel and cross the river Rhine on the Theodor-Heuss-Brücke bridge. This will take you into Heinrich-Ehrhardt-Strasse. Once you get to the Mörsenbroicher Ei junction, follow the signs for "Rennbahn-Grafenberg" (for the remainder, see description for the A 52 from Essen).

Taking the A52 from Essen
Follow the highway to the end. At the crossroads, take a sharp left and stay in the left lane. Follow the signs to “Rennbahn”, turn left at the traffic lights and at the next traffic lights (50 meters further on) turn immediately right into Mörsenbroicher Weg. Go straight over the next large crossroads, up the hill, and follow the road right (sharp bend). On the left side after a hotel entrance you will see the car parks for the race course. Take the next turning left pointing to the “Geschäftsstelle Rennbahn”, the race course administration office, a squat white building.

Taking the A57 Krefeld - Köln (Cologne)
Either leave at Autobahnkreuz Kaarst (Kaarst interchange) and take the A52 toward Düsseldorf – see A52 description above – or carry on to the Neuss-Hafen junction via the Rheinbrücke Düsseldorf-Neuss bridge. This will take you on to Südring Auf`m Hennekamp, Kruppstrasse, Werdener Strasse, Kettwiger Strasse, B8 Dorotheenstrasse. Then at the large crossroads turn right into Grafenberger Allee and follow the “Rennbahn” signs. Cross over Ludenberger Strasse into Ernst-Poensgen-Allee. Turn right into Fahneburgstrasse Strasse and follow the road. After a sharp right-hand bend, carry on past the hotel and, on the left side, take the second Rennbahn entrance leading to the Geschäftsstelle (administration office - a squat white building).
